304 Stainless Steel Wire Hose

304 Stainless Steel Wire Hose uses 304 austenitic stainless steel as the core material. It is compounded with a high-performance inner tube through a precision steel wire weaving process. 304 stainless steel matrix:
304 stainless steel containing 18% chromium and 8% nickel forms a dense oxide film, which can resist corrosion in moisture, acid, alkali and high-salt environments, and its service life is 3-5 times longer than that of galvanized pipes.
In food processing, chemical transportation and other scenarios, it complies with FDA/NSF food grade certification and has no risk of heavy metal precipitation.
Double-layer composite structure:
Outer layer: high-density steel wire braided layer (tensile strength ≥520MPa), withstands 20MPa burst pressure, can disperse high-pressure impact and suppress metal fatigue.
Inner layer:
Industrial grade: 304 Stainless Steel Wire Hose uses polyurethane/ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber (EPDM), with 80% increase in wear resistance, and can transport high-wear media such as sand, gravel, and metal powder;
Civilian grade: Use food-grade silicone/EPDM, withstand temperature fluctuations from -20℃ to 120℃, and adapt to water heaters, smart toilets and other equipment.

Oil and gas pipelines: transport crude oil, natural gas, liquid hydrocarbons and other media. The 304 stainless steel matrix can resist the corrosion of sulfur-containing crude oil, and its service life is 5 times longer than that of rubber pipes;
