Its inner wall is smooth and elastic, ensuring smooth material flow, and the transparent tube design facilitates observation of the medium flow. The hose is made of materials that meet food-grade standards such as FDA and EU. It is non-toxic and odorless, anti-microbial and anti-hydrolysis, and is suitable for occasions with high hygiene requirements. The embedded spiral steel wire reinforcement layer provides excellent pressure resistance and wear resistance, and can effectively discharge static electricity through steel wire grounding to ensure safe use.
This hose is widely used in the transportation of high-flow solids (such as grains, particles), gaseous and liquid media, including industrial sewage discharge, oil transportation, and high-concentration alcohol, drinking water, juice, jam and condiments in the food and beverage industry. It is particularly suitable for liquid food transport vehicles, milk collection stations and food processing workshops. The operating temperature range of the hose is -30℃ to 90℃, and can reach 110℃ for a short time, which can adapt to various environmental requirements. When storing, it needs to be placed in a cool, ventilated, dry and hygienic environment to extend its service life.
