The working principle of PU hose is mainly dependent on its material properties and structural design. PU hose, also known as polyurethane hose, is widely popular for its lightness, flexibility, pressure resistance, and corrosion resistance. PU is the abbreviation of polyurethane, an engineering plastic with excellent wear resistance, impact resistance, and aging resistance.

Working Principle
PU hose works through the fluid pressure inside it. When fluid (such as air, water, lubricating oil, etc.) is injected into the hose, the pressure inside the hose increases, causing the hose to expand and push the fluid forward. When the fluid flows out of the hose, the pressure decreases and the hose returns to its original shape. This working principle makes PU hose perform well in various fluid delivery applications, especially in situations where flexibility and pressure resistance are required.
