The structure of PU hose mainly consists of the following parts:
Inner rubber layer: The inner rubber layer is in direct contact with the conveying medium and is usually made of high resilience polyurethane material to ensure smooth flow of the medium and not easy to wear.
Reinforcement layer: The reinforcement layer is usually made of materials such as fiber or steel wire to increase the strength and durability of the hose. For example, PU steel wire hose is reinforced with spiral steel wire to provide high tensile strength and high tear strength.
Outer rubber layer: The outer rubber layer protects the inner rubber layer and reinforcement layer to prevent the external environment from eroding the hose. The outer rubber layer is also usually made of polyurethane material, which has good weather resistance and aging resistance.
